1. Is all services free in this website?
Currently we provide most of our services free to our registered members. To become a registered member (Free Member) you have to fill in the Registration form with your details. In case you are searching a match for somebody else like your siblings/friends etc. you have to fill in their details.
A Free Member can use our advanced search options and send expression of interest to the other members.

2. I just want to search a partner but when I clicked the search, it says to register my profile. Why is that?
You should first register your profile to enjoy all matrimonial related services we provide. Registering your profile is a one step process and you get listed in our site thus attracting more responses. Isn't that actually you wanted?

3. How many type of memberships are available ?
Two types. Free and Premium. A Free member cannot send personalized messages but he/she can surely inform other members about his/her interest in them by sending an expression of interest.
A Premium member can send personalized messages including his/her contact informations like e-mail, telephone or addresses.

4. I don't have a Username and Password . How can I login?
Only when you register your profile you get a Username and Password. If you are already a registered member, click on login at the right top of the title and fill in the username and password in the login screen and click Sign In button.

5. How can I add my profile to your site?
Adding your profile to our site is called Registration. It is just a one step process. You can add your photograph also. After you submit the filled in registration form, we will verify your details. Once your profile is approved, we will be sending you a mail confirming your profile acceptance with your username and password. With this username and password you can login to your account anytime from anywhere and you can enjoy all services provided in our site. You can search for a match, you can contact them directly sending them messages to their inboxes.

6. How can I search for my match?
First login to your account with the username and password which you provided while registering your profile. Then click on search link below our title. You will see two options , Quich search and Advanced Search. Fill in the fields if you wish and click on the search button which returns the results of your interest.

7. How can I contact a person?
That is pretty easy. Just click on Contact me link below the listed profile. Remember only registered users can send a message to the members.

8. I forgot my Username or Password. What should I do?
In the login screen, click on the link I forgot my password link and fill in your email address which you provided while registering your profile with us. We will e-mail your username and password to that e-mail address within no time.

9. I have registered my profile. Now I want to add my photograph. How?
Login to your account and click on Edit my profile link at the left pane. In the Edit profile form go to Add Photo and browse for your photograph and then click on the update button. Please use .jpg, .bmp, .gif , .tiff or .png formats.

10. I want to delete my profile from your site. How?
First, you login to your account, and then click on delete my profile link at the left pane. Follow the instructions.
